Cyber Agent stores your email address, a password hash, verification status, subscription identifiers and status, email preferences, delivery records, and support requests. Session cookies are used for sign-in and request protection. Security logs can record IP addresses and login attempts.

Stripe processes payment details; this application does not store your full card details. Microsoft Graph delivers verification, reset and subscribed alert emails to your address. Messages can contain links to your account and alert preferences.

Customer IOC searches query the service’s Feodo data. Do not submit credentials, private customer data or confidential incident details. Your account can stop alert emails independently of billing. Use support for privacy or account-deletion requests; billing and legally required records may need to be retained.
